The Justice Rack is a movement rooted in dignity, opportunity, and justice. We believe that professional attire is more than fabric; it is confidence, preparation, and the first step toward transforming potential into purpose.
By providing professional clothing, career resources, and community support, The Justice Rack empowers aspiring legal professionals and justice-impacted individuals to walk into interviews, internships, courtrooms, and new careers with confidence. Every donated suit, dress, tie, and pair of shoes represents an investment in someone's future.
At The Justice Rack, we don't just dress individuals for success—we help remove barriers, restore confidence, and open doors to opportunities that can change lives. The Justice Rack Inc.
On September 30, 2025, we hosted the very first Justice Rack at CUNY School of Law in partnership with their Black Law Students Association. Over 30 students attended, we hosted a lecture on the importance of professional attire, and all attendees left with items of professional clothing.
On March 26, 2026, the Black Law Student’s Association at CUNY School of Law presented a Certificate of Recognition to Jenell Ellison, Esq. and the Justice Rack in recognition of the exceptional involvement and unwavering commitment to the students for the 2025-2026 academic term.
On April 16, 2026, we hosted our second Justice Rack at CUNY School of Law in partnership with their Black Law Students Association. Again, over 30 students attended. This time, we were able to provide designer bags, over 70+ ties, shoes in addition to new and gently worn professional attire and all attendees left with items of professional clothing.
On May 28, 2026, we hosted our third Justice Rack in collaboration with the Bronx County Bar Association and the Bronx Women’s Bar Association at the Bronx County Supreme Court. Students and professionals from all age ranges and educational levels attended. Mentoring was available and all attendees left with items of professional clothing.
